Mr. Williams is the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Gulf Coast Sequestration, the most advanced Gulf Coast-based carbon capture & sequestration (CCS) development project, with Phase 1 expected to sequester nearly 3 million tons per annum or 80 million tons in aggregate. In conjunction with that project he is working extensively with multi-national companies in the Ammonia/LNG/natural gas processing space to aid in their decarbonization efforts. Mr. Williams is also the Executive Chairman of GNL Talcahuano SpA, a LNG import development in Concepcion, Chile which is critical energy infrastructure in transitioning Chile from its heavy coal power dependency. Previously Mr. Williams held principal investing positions at organizations including the Blackstone Group, OSpraie Management and Indus Capital. He is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
